Shipping policy

Print Books

All books are printed "on demand" through our printers based in the USA and UK.

It can take up to 2-4 business days for the printing of your book(s) to take place, and all books should be delivered to you in 5-10 business days (excluding bank holidays) after printing.

So, all in all, you should receive your books within 7-14 working days of placing your order.

You will receive an email once your books have been printed and are on their way to you.

Our printers will always try to send multiple books in the same package wherever possible.

Ebooks/Audiobooks

Upon receipt of your order, our digital delivery provider, Book Funnel, will send you an e-mail with instructions to access your digital products. 

To access your digital products immediately (i.e., without checking your email), visit this Book Funnel page from the same device you used to complete the order.

Ebooks

You can read the ebooks in many ways:

  • send the ebook to your eReader of choice, i.e., Kindle, Nook, Kobo, etc. (Book Funnel makes this easy - with just a few clicks.) Or...
  • download the ebook file and read it on your device/app of choice, or
  • in your browser.

Audiobooks

You can listen to the audiobooks in many ways:

  • in the free Book Funnel app (similar to the Audible app)
  • download the MP3 files and play them with your device/app of choice, or
  • in your browser.

Your completion of the download will constitute delivery to you of the item(s) you purchased.

In case you are unable to download the item(s) you purchase or you do not receive an e-mail from us with instructions to complete your download, please contact us within 5 days from the date of your order. If you do not contact us within 5 days from the date of your order, the item(s) you purchased will be considered received, downloaded, and delivered to you.

Sales tax

This website does not charge sales tax because the amount of sales falls below the sales tax minimum threshold of the supported countries. This may change in future for all or some products. Click here for more information.

Shipping 

If an item in your order is unavailable, we will ship you the part of your order that is available. When that item becomes available, we will ship you the rest of your order. Shipping costs for your order are non-refundable and are based on the weight of the items you order and your location. The date of delivery for your order may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the number of items ordered, and in addition, your order may be delivered in separate shipments.

Additional taxes and charges 

Additional shipping charges may apply depending on your location and the size of your order. You are responsible for all taxes applicable to the delivery of your order, including sales tax, value-added tax, customs duties, and excise duties. If there is any damage to the items that you ordered on delivery, you must contact us within 5 days from receipt of your order.
